Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only under specific conditions:

- Wrong product received
- Size issue (for stitched items only)
- Damaged product received

 

Exchange rules:

- Request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original condition with tags.
- Products on sale or custom items are not exchangeable.
- Pickup will be done in 2-4 days; credit note will be issued after QC(Quality Check).
- If pickup isn't available, customer can self-ship and receive up to 150 credit.
- Customer must upload or WhatsApp the courier receipt with tracking number and amount mentioned clearly. Reimbursement (up to rs.150) will be processed only after verifying the receipt.
