Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase. If you're not satisfied:

- Raise a return request within 3 days (or 48 hours) of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Products on sale or stitched/custom items are not returnable.

 

How to return:

- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with Order ID and product photos.
- Return pickup will be arranged within 2-4 days.
- Refund will be issued after product passes quality check.
- Shipping charges and COD fees (up to 200) are non-refundable.
- If you self-ship, a maximum of 150 will be reimbursed as a credit note.
